DJI OSMO Action setup instructions

This tutorial shows how to connect a DJI OSMO Action camera with the Webcam Tool for Action Cameras.

 

1. Select DJI Osmo Action RTMP as source.
2. Press the Start server button (required only once).

 

Next we start the DJI Mimo app on our Android or iOS smartphone. And select Live streaming:

 

The following screen will show up:

1. Select RTMP.
2. Press the Live Streaming Settings button.

 

This screen will be shown:

1. Select your WiFi network.
2. Enter the RTMP URL from the Webcam Tool for Action Cameras.
3. Press the Start Live Streaming button.

 

Next we start the webcam:

1. Make sure that the Low latency mode is selected.
2. Optional: Press the Determine from source button if you want to change the resolution.
3. Press the Start button in the webcam section.
4. The DJI OSMO Acrion is now ready to be used as a webcam.
